    I think in our lives, we experience rock bottoms in different aspects of our life that can be becoming obese, getting diabetes, having a breakup, which is really, I feel as though the most common way to really hit a bottom, addiction, drugs, alcohol, all those things. And all of these rock bottoms really allow us to find ourselves, to meet ourselves.
