    A commitment to your truth at all costs, and sometimes the cost is really high, but I don't think anything works without first and foremost a fundamental commitment to what's true about you, for you.

    Authenticity

    No one's coming to save you. Awesome. That means that you are now empowered to the degree you can to now own your life.
