My gosh, I remember there was a moment in a workout class, and probably a lot of people don't know about, but my father passed away from a neurodegenerative disease, and when he was in his 40s, is presented, and it slowly, the symptoms presented as lack of balance. So he would lose his balance or his speech would slur. Yeah. So I remember being in class and struggling with my balance, and the belief and story that I had about myself went straight to, I'm going to die. I'm going to be just like my dad.

    Healing never ends, ever. And I will say that I think eventually, like synopsis. I worked hard through recovery in my probably year of 21st. That was when there started to be a shift where even if I hadn't wanted recovery, I'd done the work right. I'd been walking through the talking. I had been walking through getting my body a little bit more fundamentally sound. And I remember starting to have dreams again.
